How I got here:
Upon graduating from the University of Albany with a master’s degree in professional accountancy, I relocated to New York City to begin a career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC). After nine years in New York City, my wife and I were expecting our first child and made the decision to relocate to Syracuse to be closer to family. After making the move, I partnered with my father, Philip Pellizzari, to form Pellizzari & Pellizzari CPAs and to carry on his longstanding accounting and tax practice.
Favorite part of the job:
The opportunity to work side by side with my father serving small businesses and individuals is very rewarding. I enjoy learning about each of our clients’ unique situations and digging in to help provide trusted advice for any accounting, tax, or financial questions they may have.

Beneath the surface:
My wife Oktavia and I live in the village of Marcellus with our two sons, Wesley and Freddie. We like to spend our free time getting outdoors, often taking walks with our boys, and frequenting the multiple playgrounds in the Marcellus village.
