How I got here:
“I always knew I had a desire to work in the financial industry, but I wasn’t sure where to begin. While working towards my bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut, I earned an internship opportunity at Rockbridge. The team around me offered constant support and I was able to learn and develop new financial skills throughout my time as an intern. It became clear to me that Rockbridge had a genuine passion for helping its clients reach their goals and I wanted to be a part of that process moving forward. Upon graduating from the University of Connecticut, I was able to officially join the Rockbridge team.”
Favorite part of the job:
“Working with a team to help clients understand and feel confident in their financial futures. I’m able to learn alongside our strong leadership team as we continue to help our clients reach their goals.”

Beneath the surface:
Rusden lives on the southwest side of Syracuse. In his free time, he is likely to be on the golf course or playing basketball with friends. You can always find him watching and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
